Free Scholarship and Grants in Industrial Technician Program (ITP) -- Free Scholarship and Grants are available to poor but deserving youth who belong to families with annual gross income not exceeding P150,000.00. Applicants for the scholarship undergo a screening process which includes competitive written and hands-on examination, interviews and summer training.
