GSIS-STI Grants Educational Assistance Boosts Employment Rate -- The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), in partnership with leading ICT and ICT-enhanced education provider STI, is offering qualified relatives of its members and pensioners a 20 percent scholarship grant on tuition and laboratory fees this coming school year.
