How to Apply for Free College Scholarships Program of SM Foundation for 2011 -- Be one of the next batch of SM Scholars! The SM College Scholarship Program of SM Foundation now starts accepting applicants until December 20, 2010. The scholarship program is open to all graduating students of public high schools in the National Capital Region, Baguio, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Lucena, Pampanga, Bacolod, Cebu, Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro, and Davao with a weighted average of at least 88% by the second or third grading period in their senior year. Household income of the applicant’s family must not exceed P150,000 per annum.
